Welcome back to “How She Does It”—a Corporate MomSense series celebrating women who are building remarkable careers while raising families, and offering an authentic look at what it truly takes to make it all work.

For our second feature, we are so excited to highlight the impressive, Stephanie Loiseau.

Stephanie Loiseau is the Head of Marketing at SUN Pharma, a 40 Under 40 MM+M award winner, and a working mom redefining what confident, authentic leadership looks like. She has built her career by owning what makes her different, while staying focused on what matters most, both at work and at home.

What is one practical tip you swear by for advancing your career without losing yourself?

“One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that the more successful I’ve become, the more important it has become to be 100% me. Early in my career, I thought success meant fitting a model—showing up how I thought leaders were supposed to show up. But what I have learned is that the things that actually set you apart—your voice, your energy, your instincts, your perspective—are usually the exact things that help you rise.

So my biggest tip is this: stop trying to fit in and start owning what makes you different.”

How do you structure your week—what is your approach to planning, protecting, and prioritizing your time?

“I keep it simple: big rocks first. I focus on the top 3 priorities that truly need to move forward each week and make sure those get scheduled first.

I block time for what matters most, protect space for strategic thinking, and try not to let busy replace important. And honestly, my calendar is basically my second brain—if it’s not on there, it’s probably not happening.”

What are your go-to style rules for high-stakes days, and how do they help you save time and energy?

“I love a good power suit and anything that makes me feel amazing the minute I put it on. My philosophy is simple: when I feel great, I show up great.

My style motto? You can never be overdressed, your heels can never be too high, and your lashes can never be long enough.

On high-stakes days, I lean into pieces that make me feel elevated and ready to own the room. Style helps me save time because I already know what makes me feel my best—and when I walk in feeling confident, I can focus fully on what I came there to do.”

What is one belief about working motherhood that you had to unlearn to reach the success you have today?

“I had to unlearn the belief that I had to be superwoman—and that doing it all meant doing it all by myself. The truth is, I am not superwoman, and that’s okay. Some days I’m on top of it all… and some days I am absolutely riding the struggle bus—and I’ve learned that that’s okay too.

Having a strong support system is everything. My husband is one of the biggest reasons I am able to do what I do. Because of him, I truly feel like I can have it all without having to do it all.

That was a huge mindset shift for me. Success in motherhood and career isn’t about doing every single thing yourself—it’s about giving yourself grace, leaning on the people who support you, and knowing that some days are just messier than others.”

What is your 2026 anthem—the song that is setting your tone for the year ahead?

All I Do Is Win by DJ Khaled. Because 2026 is all about momentum, confidence, and showing up like I’ve already claimed what’s mine. This season of life feels like a reminder of everything I’ve built, everything I’ve overcome, and everything I’m still going after.

As a mom, a leader, and someone who has worked hard for every step, that song just fits. It’s bold, unapologetic, and high-energy — which is exactly how I’m walking into this year.

And honestly… if I’m going into a big meeting, a big opportunity, or a big goal, that’s the kind of energy I want playing in my head.”
